How do I pay?▾
In SOL on Solana via Solana Pay. Tap Subscribe, scan the QR with your wallet (or click Open in wallet), and confirm. The site polls the chain — when the transfer lands, your plan activates and the Telegram bot syncs to your new tier automatically. Usually under 10 seconds.
Why is the price below the normal one?▾
The first 25 Pro and first 10 Whale memberships go out at a launch price. It is not a timer — the switch is driven by a real count of confirmed payments, so when a tier fills, that card moves to the normal price on its own. Anyone who got in at the launch price keeps what they paid for that period.
Where does the money go?▾
Straight to the trenchscope treasury wallet. We never custody anything — the transaction is signed by you, in your own wallet, and lands directly. Receipts (reference + tx signature) are recorded on-chain and in your account.
Do you auto-renew?▾
No. Subscriptions are 30-day windows. We can't charge you without a fresh signature — you renew by signing a new payment when you're ready. We'll ping you ~3 days before expiry so you don't accidentally drop.
Can I cancel?▾
There's nothing to cancel — just don't renew. Your plan stays active until the end of the 30-day window you paid for, then drops to free.
Refunds?▾
Once a signal stream has been delivered we can't un-deliver it, so we don't offer mid-period refunds. If something is broken on our end and you raise it within 24h, we will sort it out.
Privacy — what do you store?▾
Only what we need: your wallet address, plan, expiry, and Telegram chat id if you link the bot. No email required, no card numbers, no behavioral tracking. Service-role data stays server-side; the anon key on the browser is RLS-locked.
